their algorithms are not not that much efficient as they claim

Correcting the first review, EF doesn't manage the biggest portfolio on the planet. We are fortune 500 company that has a $100M SEM budget. All of our spend goes through another agency and I know of several other very large companies that use our agency as well. Second, twice we hired EF and twice we fired EF for really poor service, and worse performance. Their systems are good, but they slow. If you are budget conscience, you will definately have angst working EF in the early months while you wait and wait and wait to see any results while you spend and spend and spend without any real idea what's going on. I give them 2 stars for their technology. Unless you have a bigger budget and you work on a Cost Per End Action basis that is much easier to optimize to, don't bother. Get an agency that really cares about you.

I am surprised that they aren't hire on the list. They manage more spend than any other company on the planet. Their tech is second to none. My company that spends more than a few hundred K per month on SEM worked with Did-it, iCrossing, iProspect and 360i in the past and all the others are fakers. EF is the real deal. We will never leave them not after a year in.
